Kim Campbell has many famous people in her family tree. With John Wayne as her "real father", and Uncle Joe Palmer, a partner of  bank robbers Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, who went to the electric chair after a prison guard was killed during a prison break, it's no wonder Kim writes historical romance.

Kim has been married to the love of her heart, and fellow romance writer, Ron Campbell, for two years. Kim and Ron share fourteen (soon to be fifteen) grandkids, a former senate majority leader, an Assistant to the Ambassador of China, an artist, and a writer and poet in their family.

Writing fiction since she was eight, submitting songs to Glenn Campbell, watching westerns with her dad, and her love of constantly talking make Kim an expert at telling stories.

Her greatest accomplishment is being able to raise such a well-rounded kid in such a wild time. Being a single parent for so long taught Kim it's much easier to raise a child correctly from the beginning than to try and raise bail for them later. She's also blessed with a fabulous marriage and the ability to spend each day in close quarters with Ron. Keep an eye on the news for one of them to be recounting the "horrible explosion". Actually they're lucky enough to have the rare relationship where they don't argue and love being with each other all the time.
